  1. Xiom Hugo SAL and 36.5 Deep Impact ALX

Thanks for the review Yogi. Much appreciated. Think @chintanmashroo is correct. The pictures are showing the HAL. By the way, are SAL and HAL indeed the same blades? (according to a large EU TT webshop, the composition is the same but the feel and bounce are different)
  2. New Equipment (Rubbers & Blades) 2020

I'm getting curious ;) Could someone please post the link to the new Xiom catalogue? Thanks.
  3. New Equipment (Rubbers & Blades) 2020

Possibly just a redesigned Ma Lin Soft Carbon?
  4. Yasaka sweden extra

  6. What are the best table tennis shoes ?

FYI: The Japanese Bladelyte 4 is the same as the GEL-Blade 7 which is being sold in EU/US.
  7. Wide sole, flat shoe for tabletennis?

I have wide feet too and tried the Stiga Ligner 2. For me, definately not wide enough. Mizuno Wave Medal is suitable for wide feet and gives more support compared to Wave Drive.

  9. Soft sponge rubber with low catapult

Mark V HPS Soft Not extremely soft, so doesn't feel mushy. lotss of control.
  10. If Adidas P7 makes a comeback....

100% yes Used P7 on both FH and BH for long time. It's rated as a hard rubber, but felt medium-soft to me. Decent speed. not too much catapult and good control. Really liked P7 !!
  11. Stiga DNA Pro Rubbers Review

@yogi_bear, you mention "bouncy" and "springy" several times. Can I interpret this as "above average sensitive for incoming spin" ? and of course: many thanks for the review!
  12. STIGA DNA Pro

I don't expect some major breakthrough or specialty about this rubber. Compared to other Stiga rubbers, it will be different for sure as this is an ESN rubber. But I expect it to be in the range of Bluefire/storm, Rasant, Evolution, etc, etc.

  16. Tomokazu Harimoto Innerforce ALC

4 out of 5 rating for Tomokazu Harimoto Innerforce ALC Played with this blade 4 sessions of 2hr. My blade is 91gr with straight handle. The weight distribution is good and the blade feels lighter than 91gr. It's also not very head heavy (Rozena 2mm + EL-S 2mm). The handle is a bit short but I...

Review by 'P1ngP0ng3r' on item 'Tomokazu Harimoto Innerforce ALC'

Played with this blade 4 sessions of 2hr. My blade is 91gr with straight handle. The weight distribution is good and the blade feels lighter than 91gr. It's also not very head heavy (Rozena 2mm + EL-S 2mm). The handle is a bit short but I keep my hand high on the handle, so that doesn't bother...
  18. changing a broken ball during a match- do you need to try a new one out?

In my opinion, it's not needed indeed. Multiple balls are selected before the start of the match. So both players already agreed on them.
