  1. When you finally beat the player you never beat!!

last year, i experienced several times the pleasure of beating guys i had never beaten before. But the extra pleasure is that while i always lost to them in the training matches, in our (only) tournament showdown, i came out as the winner. and to make it more fun, back at training, i keep...
  2. When you finally beat the player you never beat!!

Well played MOG, judging by the numbers of times he looked at his racket at the end of the match, he's going to spend 200 pounds at least on a new one after this match...
  3. any news about harimoto?

some populations in Europe are very aged as well, for example Italy during the 1st wave, Japan nowhere had casualty figures near italian ones. Even if the epidemic picks up from here, i doubt very much we'll see many casualties like in Europe / US in Japan. its not a question of immunity...

btw last week the weekly "Takkyu Japan" TV Program' guest was Jun MIZUTANI. He was asked about his mixed doubles partnership with ITO. 11. How do you feel win or lost at 11-0?

this WE , i was down 0-2 and saved matchpoint in the 3rd, went up 8-6 in the 5th.... then it started to go all wrong, i started choking with no reason, i served in the net for example, and the opponent also landed all his risky shots, and lost 9-11. I am soooo upset
  12. How do you feel win or lost at 11-0?

i never give pity point in a competition, but thats because i never win 10-0 ! but i do lose 0-11 occasionally. Usually when i'm 0-10 down i like to miss intentionally the last point to avoid the other guy giving it to me, unless its matchpoint. Mind games :-) I'm projecting myself already on...

well for me losing game 1 in my second match was like getting a big punch on the face. So far my opponent wasn't playing very well as well, I had been always in the lead in game 1, and I was 10-8 up with my serve. I did something I usually NEVER do that late in a set, I CHANGED my serve to...
  16. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

We had a team tournament this Monday. We were in a block of 4 teams this time. Each match is 5 singles. We can put 4 or 5 players on the playing sheet. Played twice (1st and 3rd team match). Opponents were better than me, especially the 1st one who was at least 2 or 3 levels above. But I...

  19. When is the last time the China mens team lost a match?

wow i didn't remember that Asian Championships competition. WTF thats an incredible opportunity missed. No wonder that after this Mizutani struggled so much mentally against Chinese players, and Xu Xin in particular for so long and Matsudaira ! wtf he was so much talented then, and did...
