I would say it is a bit softer than YEO/Intensity, but again it is my opinion :) Still stiff enough though.

That's a good question. IMO the speed is almost the same. The thing is the composition of the blades are quite different with the YEO/Intensity having a hard/stiff walnut top ply and the Infinity having a limba which is "softer" than walnut. This gives the Infinity more dwell time when playing.

Found this clip at the 7th round of CTTSL. Rumours are saying it is a composite blade with glass fibre material which are the black lines between the wood layers.

All of those blades you mentioned are quite fast as well as Timo Boll ALC. If you are looking for at composite blade with more dwell time I will go with TB ZLF as Atwood is suggesting. Otherwise try a wood blade like Stiga clipper or Peter Korbel which both are good 7 ply wood blades. Just...
