BEcause they use only hand for playing BH and it is in front of their body, so they have much more control, if they want to play strong FH they need to use all body, and it's not in fron of the body, so it is much harder and less control. Girls love to control every shot.

It's very hard to block those kind of balls, you need to close your bat angle and brush over the ball like you want to hit the net. Find some partner and practice that, this requires much feeling for spin, and I have to repat, It's not easy but it is possible
