@thefleifheit13 thanks but not my words, those of my coach. During many years, i took the bad habit on slower balls to go to the ball to take it early and i end up missing because the footwork and timing gets messy. I still have this tendency but fighting it ! Its much simpler just to wait...

Yeh I was assuming indeed some kind of level to OP. But my answer was rather generic and not so much detailed I hope it will help him or other readers It is indeed better if he posted some videos of himself
