Tally after the WWC and Polish Open. Merely 65 points b/w Hirano and Ishikawa now. Hayata not winning the Polish Open means she will have to win Belarus Open and reach the SF in Austrian Open, while Kato will have to finish R16, tops, in order for her to knock Kato off the 4th spot.

LSW: Thank you, Ito, for beating ZYL to a pulp last year. LSW has pretty much sealed her singles spot for Tokyo.

No doubt it helps. Despite winning the World Cup 2016 beating Ito, FTW and CIC among others, Hirano is said to have won the ATTC 2017 in large part because of spending a few weeks playing in CTTSL and practicing in China...
