Thanks! How would tenergy and glayzer be for serve returning?
  2. Help me see the difference between rubbers

Hey! Have made a previous thread regarding the fact that I need a new blade. Thank you for the advice. One thing I don’t really understand is the difference between tensor rubbers and hybrid rubbers? Could you list the: Advantages: Disadvantages: Would appreciate it a lot. I have played with...
  3. 2100-2300 usatt player: Help to find new blade

I use Stiga DNA Hybrid Hard. Sounds like you tried Anders Linds blade? Could you explain it a little bit more? Soft how?
  4. 2100-2300 usatt player: Help to find new blade

I play with it currently. Its no problem but it’s quite bouncy when i want to play short short. And I like a bit more control in my game. So therefore I would like something a bit in between. Many people use too fast blades for their skill. Dont underestimate the skill of many balls on the table.
  5. 2100-2300 usatt player: Help to find new blade

Hey everyone. I’m a swedish player but for reference according to chat gpt my rating would be 2100-2300. Anyways.. I need new blade and rubbers.. I do like: Ma lin extra offensive Timo boll alc (but too fast for playing close to table) Stiga carbon cybershape (but i dont actually like...
  6. Switching from “learning rubbers”

Hey. I’m a swedish player but I assume i would be around 2100-2300 usatt rating. I think a all wooden blade is best for you. i have used ma lin extra offensive a lot! And stiga clipper wood. But prefer the first one. Call your local table tennis store its the best option. When I switch...
  7. Rubber recommendations for Lin Yun-Ju Super ZLC

I have used K3 but on an all wood blade. I like the rubber. It's on the heavy weighted side of rubbers I believe. DNA Hybrid is also a tacky/sticky rubber which I currently use. Best of luck mate

  9. Feedback on backhand topspin

Absolut. Yes Fabian is my coach 😂 I have been to summercamp here many times. Maybe you have been my coach. How long ago was it? I was there around 2018
  10. Looking for a new Backhand Rubber

Hello friend! Seems like a more easy to play with rubber might suit you regarding your backhand. I think something like Rakza X. Or Stiga DNA Hybrid would feel good. All the best 😎
  11. Feedback on backhand topspin

Yes😁 I do not have anything extra on my glasses. But if you go to optikern they can böja dem åt dig så att dem sitter bättre på näsan och vid öronen. Då kommer dem inte trilla av. That is the way to go👌 Have also played with linser men det var dyrt och i slutändan orkar man inte ta på dem och...
  12. Recommendation for FH and BH rubbers

Hello friend! I play with Dna hybrid. Have played with both medium and hard. I think its a good rubber. Just so you know it is a tacky kind of rubber. So Mantra Pro Medium would be a good choice i reckon. Or DNA hybrid M. Best of luck mate!

  14. Legit Viscaria?

Yes probably because of the dent :) Viscaria is one of the best blades if not the best.. Since everyone is just copying it, and basically just changing the handles so it will look different xD My Timo boll ALC is basically a viscaria with a Timo boll handle.
  15. Overall Technique focus

Hello friend! Zhang Jike said in a video, "I cannot teach technique, I can only teach you how to hit the ball". If you go to a professional match and watch. You will see, everyone plays different. Advice: BH: Look up Kreanga on youtube. Good technique. FH: Like what everyone else says above...
  16. Feedback on backhand topspin

Hello friend! Stopped reading after i read "second time playing after a long break". You haven't played for a while. So it's normal to feel like something is "off". I saw your video: Nice arm movement. Im no penholder but I see that you have a good backhand stroke. Conclusion: When you...
  17. Beating the plateau at low intermediate level

Hello friend! I understand that you are having difficulties adapting to the fast developing modern equipment. I have played Petr Korbel with Tenergy 05 FX and 1,9mm sponge. Was lovely. Seems like your problem is also to do with the new tackiness of the rubbers. I do recommend Rakza rubbers...
