This is some video of my son playing, as in the title he is very keen and competitive and does not really listen to his dad! LOL Any tips for him to improve??

As ever there are some excellent posts on this thread. As a poor man (relatively) I can not afford coaching one to one, but some of the advice on here I can implement in practice, I do have some good practice partners!!

Cheers, it is difficult to do lots of variation IMO with the short pimples, if I roll back or play slow or push the third ball gets destroyed. I am considering twiddling and doing some spinny bh retunrs with the hurricane.

The first half was me returning quite well, the second half is the bad bit!! LOL

It tend to be the longer lower ones that cause me trouble, the short ones I am getting better at whacking or touching back.

So on Sunday I played 3 players in a group of 4 who all should beat me on paper at a tournament. The first player I returned 11 out of 17 serves to my backhand successfully. The second player I returned 12 out of 19 serves to my backhand successfully. The third player I returned 15 out of 24...

I have been using it for a few weeks and I really like it for my short pimples bh. I found it too fast when i used tenergy 05fx and too bouncy, now i am using hurricane 3 neo it is very very spinny, but i have enough control too hit the ball very hard too.

When I have tried briefly to use short pips forehand not enjoyed it. I only played soft in this match at times because opponent was not attacking, I was very hot and not feeling that well. Always felt in control though.

This is a match against my son, proper match in summer league. I am better than him but he has a 5-2 record against me going into this match. Not the best game in history. I play too many 'pussy' shots. I am pleased with my put away shots with Hurricane though, considering it is Hurricane.

It feels very fast and quite bouncy, I am quite surprised how fast it feels. With Hurricane on the fh though it was still very spinny and controllable. I am very very pleased with the quality, you really do a beautiful job on these blades!!

The limba-limba-textreme-ayous-textreme-limba-limba blade was made for me. The quality is excellent, really well made, Feels better than any mainstream blade I have ever tried.

I was using Hurricane on my fh, I think if I used Tenergy I would not have missed! Ha ha!

What went wrong?

I have been trying different pimples on bh for 2 seasons with varied success. Last night without any training I used reversed (Evolution EL-S) on bh, I thought i played ok considering? I am the handsome looking older guy!!
