Wow, Nandan with some amazing shots in that singles match vs Gorak. Good match and impressive performance from Nandan. LOOOOL that Golden Game scoreline. so painful its funny. 20-1 before the taxi from Hernandez. --- OMG that shot from Gardos (shoutout) at 7-7 in G3 Tao was keeping that...

they took those Hugo losses to heart

My two HSALC blades are anatomic but I haven't tried the FL or ST. It seems beefier than the FL handle on regular Harimoto ALC but I've only tried that once or twice so I can't say for sure. Here are a few photos comparing it to FL handle on HAL/Viscaria and ST handle of Fextra. @kevin.c

I’m curious, is using this third party app easy for people who are not tech savvy? (Installation and operation) I know I sound like a broken record with these types of questions but the feedback matters to me. I’m trying to understand how good/bad/easy/hard the original software interface is to...

great feedback and will look forward to hearing more about the different combos we like the HAL... BUT WE LOVE THE HSALC (my main one is 88g as well, nice!)

One set showdown, Dima vs JWJ!!! wooohooo

looks like a nice arena, would like a food and beverage report during the 10-minute intermission ; ) --- ooh Koki Niwa vs Kasahara! let's see if that non-sweep has any consequences... Haocheng Wang prob most impressive of this match from what I've seen

sometimes i ask myself why i made the picks?!?! haha. since i end up rooting against people i like. but it adds an element of accountability and pressure to make better assessments over time, so thats good Ill go with: yubin, KM, XP, Lind, qihao, harimoto, LSD, ZYL, Hugo

Seems like a good amount of today's matches ended up with close ultimate scorelines but for large parts of the matches they didn't feel all that closely contested. ZQH up 2-0 vs LJK then ties it up 2-2, Qihao takes the final game XP 11-6, then 2 for Sidorenko (5, 7). then XP takes last two...

wow... what a comeback

I'm not a short pips player but I think Sanwei Fextra 7-ply is a nice one to try at a reasonable price. Edited to add: I have 802-40 Mystery III on it and is easy to play with (but that SP is supposed to be very similar to inverted. I know Spinfire is more frustrating to play against).

awesome work! would certainly like to see some more of your creations, maestro!!!

lot of exciting matches... kauffman vs yubin, XP vs sidorenko, karlsson vs gauzy, polcanova vs abraamian, LYJ vs ruibo, togami vs HYZ, chen junsong vs lind

if there is a direct trajectory to be found, zyre will find it cant give all the credit to the rubber, but im seeing quite a nice range of spin/speed from it as the opponent, allowing for some surprisingly spinny and angled shots. good news is when i do a good job of blocking these shots they...

haha ya, just messin with you. but this thread is more of a HAL-coholics anonymous meeting

i thought i was funny ; )

Amy Wang signed with Butterfly and is now using FZD ZLC with Zyre-03 both sides.

yes, good ideas. That looks fine to keep using. I have a viscaria that was beat up and I sanded some edges (and blade face to be more like zjk). I used shoe glue on the edges to secure the damaged spots since it is like a flexible super glue and seems to have worked well.

Oversized head so heavy rubbers are more noticeable

I have a NUZN 55 and J1 on my backup HSALC that I think I'll move to the HAL soon. The 09c's I have on there are long dead at this point. I think the NUZN will be good with bounce/speed/throw. I think the J1 may have a little too low of throw to combine with this blade but we will see. I might...
