i cant see that product in particular but based on looking at them before i feel they are comparable or the same, possibly some difference in quality or the cords/design or more likely just better marketing : )

they are sold for cheaper as vertical jump trainers, i do think it can be a helpful way to get a feeling for the lower stance. i have seen videos of coaches/players using them in their training or exercise
