Can you explain more what you mean by tense? My arm is lose and I just hold it just enough to be not wobbly. If I am any looser than this it goes straight into the net. This is the problem with getting online feedback. It's just too slow. I could try that with the feet.

    Send me a sheet 😂

I agree there is energy leakage in the legs and I try to overcompensate with arm. Its like legs give me only 10-20% (only the initial acceleration) on fh Bh topspins have very good quality though. Very spinny has nice arc and spin if it lands on the table. But I agree it's too lose sometimes...

This was my observation aswell. But shouldn't I be able to do both? In matches I will be hitting more late than at peak even though I should aim for peak timing. Would you say my position is right or do I need to be closer to the table when hitting at peak timing?

Yeah but here I was actively thinking about bat angle etc. Except for backspin exercise. There I always have it very open automatically. Otherwise it would look much worse than shown here. It does feel like I use a lot of legs because it starts burning a lot but I agree there might be some...

Struggled most with fh against BS with this technique. My old technique looks shiet but it feels much more safe and its still spinny. Here I wish I had spinsight to tell the difference. I also missed a lot I don't know if the robot feeds me inconsistent spin or I just hit at too many different...

  8. Intensive 5-7 Day Private Coaching in Europe?

Since I am also interested and heard and know some of these camps are for casuals who take it more as a vacation than actually getting better. Like Grenzau and 99% topspeed camps. How are the other listed ones in this thread?
  9. Table Tennis in ch/de/at "dead?"

Yeah I dont think switzerland is gonna work out for me when they want so much money to join a tournament already.. atleast not until I have a high paying job first. But I might ask them anyway to learn the prices

I will be playing in Horn 22.March (u2?) but yeah I don't know why I didn't see these tournaments before. There were a few in january and so on. Okey I feel a bit better about it not quite the same frequency as in germany though. And after March its dead again unless they put these tournaments...
  15. Table Tennis in ch/de/at "dead?"

yes for kids not for adults. Atleast from what I found. Race cups in germany are almost daily they are just very far away like 3-4h from my place. Where are you from?

  17. Table Tennis in ch/de/at "dead?"

I did a big research and could not find coaches in 3-4h around where I live. There are only a few in north germany thats it, nothing in the south. I even think about living in vienna but they don"t have these race cups like in germany. And playing only 1-3 tournaments a year is not exciting...
  18. My Race Tournaments in Germany

Yeah I got told to do many different serves in the 1st set. And then chose 2-3 that worked best and serve those only in the next set. Then ditch the serves that worked less and add new ones for the next and so on. I didn't even follow that strategy and just served with the mindset of making them...
  19. My Race Tournaments in Germany

I agree. I also need to get out of my comfortzone and hit balls "wrong" and just see what happens to the ball. Last couple of years it feels like I only loop balls I know very well. And those don't come very often in matches. If I collect more experience with different kind of balls timing etc...
  20. My Race Tournaments in Germany

Hello Guys, Yesterday it has been a long day for me. After I figured I am not playing as many "important" games per year (only around 80matches per year + 2 Tournaments included here in Austria) I somehow figured why not play tournaments in Germany and in future maybe even in Switzerland if I...
