Donic Bluegrip D1 is a good one. You can get it on Ppongsuper for $60USD, and it's hard, has good speed and spin, similar arc like Hurricane, and you don't have to boost it, but doesn't have much tackiness on the topsheet.

Prott.vip has pretty cheap clothes and they deal with the sweat really nice. You do need to size up because it's in Asian sizes, which I had to do since I'm most familiar with US sizes.
