  1. Torn between 2 coaches...

How long have you been playing for (age + playing level) if you are just a beginner and he tells you to go alc d09c ditch that coach. If you are playing at a decent level and you are a young player then ditch my comment and chose the one that is willing to put more effort on you
  2. What helped you get better at backhand rallying?

Knowing when to drive the ball just back and when you need to give the ball more topspin. Once in the rally I make sure I don't use a lot of force upwards even though I take the ball sometimes late when its falling again. Most people I see just topspin upwards and the ball flys out especially...
  3. Feedback on my League games

I agree with @NextLevel that you should go for what works for you. For me I got much more "consistent" after following the tutorial of that coach in that 1550TTR video. Loading up the wrist and then -> this part here is more important that at the contact you follow through with the wrist. I also...
  4. Feedback on my League games

I just showed you an "extreme" example closed open closed again. I watch many games and I still keep seeing maybe not so extreme but still. So from my obderrvation it does change and it makes sense that it does because they have to hit the balls from a harder position. Here I am talking about...
  5. Feedback on my League games

I think what you mean is starting racket angle doesn't matter because on contact the racket angle does matter and decides how much forwards and upwards motion you can apply on the ball. Maybe we can get a pros insight on this.
  6. Feedback on my League games

Turns out he has the same backstroke as me in a match. Never seen this stroke before I have to admit. He goes from very closed to open and then after hitting the ball close again. But he loads his wrist and follows through (atleast it looks like that)
  7. Best glue to assemble rubbers?

I have this and it's terrible
  8. Feedback on my League games

Either way I will figure a way to find and train in other clubs. That's less of an issue (only finding good ones that practise frequently is rare) And yes I want to be open thats why I will talk with my own club first before I talk with others.
  9. Feedback on my League games

Yeah sounds like something I would like to do with my current motivation but it's the opposite here. 6Months nothing hard to find good trainingspartner and clubs to train etc. Just the environment is not the best for me. If I can make it work with my gf I plan to go somewhere else 2-3years...
  10. Feedback on my League games

The thing is I know them for a long time. They are quite older than me ~55-75+ and the ones on my team are around ~57(the one I talked to and like the most on the team. You can hear him in the videos vs Günter for example how he is supporting me from the side ~1200RC) the other member who I...
  11. Looking for a BH rubber that has higher throw then Rakza 7, suggestions?

Work on your technique brother. If you hit the net often, then you don't go down enough with your legs. Or your stroke goes too much forward without safety trajectory. A higher throw will just make your balls fly out more the moment your opponent gives slighthly topspin for example. Look at...
  12. Feedback on my League games

I actually tried it yesterday (the exercise with 5 different speeds to loop) And focusing on the Wrist follow through. Maybe it was just a fluke but I don't remember the last time I had this much control when looping. In the matches later on something new happened where if I looped I was so...
  13. Feedback on my League games

Good point for me right now the biggest Problem is consistency. When I do hit my forehand I have good amount of spin (people that I face struggle to block) I just do many mistakes hitting the ball wrong aka flat. Like not applying enough Topspin. If you watch my games I rarely play a good...
  14. Feedback on my League games

Did you compare it to my forehand topspin? It just looks more "clean" and more controlled than how I play the stroke
  15. Finally grasped the essence of table tennis biomechanical principle Chinese style! (Chain reaction of power from the ground) (UPDATED AGAIN)

I don't want to sound rude or anything but this doesn't look applicable in an actual match. First of all you have to adjust your stroke for each ball (gonna be different depending on the pace spin trajectory) so you can't train as if there is only 1 forehand stroke. Also your left leg moves a...
  16. Feedback on my League games

I also want to share this video with you guys. I want to try this out in the off season now since I don't like my forehand technique at all.
  17. Feedback on my League games

Which League do you mean? I mean Ess is good and Neft and me are around same level. If I switch to them (if they say yes for me to join them) we would be ~5-6 somewhere in the middle of the League. So nowhere near winning. And we have our 2nd Team that got promoted to 1.Klasse (same as the one I...
  18. FS: DHS Q968 blade

my teammate plays that racket (Joola) aswell lol. Don't see it often
  19. Which Yasaka setup would you choose?

I am suprised to see Rakza Z having a high throw. When I was looping the same as with my D09c it barely crossed the net. But maybe it's true since my brother tends to overshoot more (he loops upwards almost always lol)
  20. Comparing Glayzer 09c and H3 Neo

I just tried my brothers Rakza Z. I know its not the same as h3 but as a sticky rubber I could compare it to my d09c and its just a bit slower and less spin being able to do the same shots with different speed.
