  1. Nittaku Acoustic with Hurricane 3

Hello, everyone! Sharing my (very brief) thoughts about Nittaku Acoustic with unboosted commercial H3. Anybody still plays with Acoustic and tacky Chinese rubber these days ?
  2. Finger slipping

Since everybody's giving an actual advise, I will do so as well: just sweat less.
  3. Another Drama (DHS LONG 5 Provincial or Commercial

I've used long 5 for half a year or so. The control doesn't compare to my Acoustic or even cheap 7 ply PG-7. One has to be very very skilled to play it properly. Also, I've noticed that it doesn't work well with bouncy rubbers at all. H3 37 BH and H3 40 FH - best setup to have both control and...
  4. SDC Handmade Blades

One sexier than the other...awesome looking blades. Keep them coming!
  5. Which cheap outer alc should I try?

Yinhe Pro 01 is great outer ALC blade as well, the handle is perfectly comfortable. A bit more expensive though.
  6. Carbon vs Wood

Now that I've read your post I completely agree. And even though I did remove rubbers incorrectly...still no splintering :D And yes, I put 2-3 layers of DHS #15...
  7. What rolling exercises you do after training session.

If you at any rate consider playing table tennis several times a week you should do muscle stretching and rolling.Three muscle groups that I do regularly: quads (quadriceps), glutes (khm, the ass muscles), calves. Pro players surely have professional massage or something similar after each...
  8. Carbon vs Wood

Do you have a video showing your FH top spins? I want to see and potentially comment. Also, I will say it again in this thread: never had any splintering issues with glue like DHS #15, even with cheap DHS PG-7s and Sanwei Fextras. Therefore never sealed my blades. Just pull off the rubber from...
  9. Carbon vs Wood

If so, then Falco is even worse 😂
  10. Carbon vs Wood

Nah it makes rubber mushy and doesn't add much speed. This is very much noticeable on all-wood 5ply blades. Seamoon on the other hand evaporates faster, but actually adds speed.
  11. Which video did you find more interesting to watch

The vid you've seen was probably one where I play with Yinhe Pro-01 and it was actually H3 Provincial 40 degrees orange sponge version, there's plenty of power in it. Yeah I can hit through it with 2 layers of booster, but speed limit I think is not what one should be thinking when playing table...
  12. Which video did you find more interesting to watch

In some of the threads I've seen someone mentioning exact thing I love about Chinese style - it's like watching martial arts. It requires a lot of physical training and feeling of the body, connection between the first step (which is pushing the leg into the ground) and the last step (which is...
  13. Which video did you find more interesting to watch

Have a look at this one. Marvellous Chinese table tennis players...the defender guy has so much skill, he even turns his racket at plays powerful bakchand with his H3 side sometimes 🤯
  14. Good glue for Limba top ply blade.

I've never sealed any of my blades and never splintered top ply when using DHS #15. Revolution #3 as good as well. Can't say the same about other glues though, because some of them are really sticky..
  15. Dhs

Ahhh another thread about boosting H3, let's goooo 20 pages~! p.s. Falco sucks with H3. Yes, the effect stays rather long, but doesn't add any speed to the rubber and only makes it mushy.Cheapest Haifu Seamoon is much better, even though it evaporates in one week or so. PingBirdPong;370179...
  16. does anyone know what equipment lee suengsoo uses?

It's definitely Butterfly Viscaria. Also, FH rubber looks like DHS Hurricane 3 blue sponge and BH is something with black sponge, so probably some Xiom rubber.
  17. Help my boredom—— QnA thread

One more question that's on my mind. As far as I know most players in China use Hurricane 3 on the forehand. Does it matter whether I buy Provincial NEO version and skip boosting or non-NEO version and boost it myself? What do most players do ? It's cheaper to buy non-NEO version, hence the...
  18. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

I personally trained and played with top player from Slovakia (Zoltan Lelkes). He was around top 4 in the country for that time and he was playing with Stiga Defensive NCT. He's not a defensive player. No kidding, the guy has ridiculous spins in his shots, and, when needed, the speed is added...
  19. The best W968 Clones without the W968 price

In the video I play with Yinhe Pro 01 (Viscaria clone, ALC outer), Hurricane 3 boosted on the FH and H8-80 37 degrees on the BH. Currently, I play with DHS Bo2 and same rubbers. I like Limba + inner ALC blades more than Koto + outer ALC...it just feels safer to do the fullswing FH loop kill...
  20. The best W968 Clones without the W968 price

I think with PG-5 you're buying a pig in a poke, but with Bo2 the QC should be much better and predictable. Also, that's true that with Bo2 and HL5 one has to train often to not lose the feeling, same as with Viscaria type blades. If you want better control, then PG7 or other 7 ply structured...
