  3. Paris Olympic Games 2024

Apart from table tennis I don't generally watch sports, so I don't have subscription to Eurosport or any other similar channels. Is there any online streaming service that broadcasts table tennis for Paris Olympics 2024?
  4. Bring your own tt-balls to the club?

My club provides them, but because they buy the cheapest shitty training ones,, I bring my own 3star DHS in ORANGE so I can spot them immediately.

I'm still waiting an answer about the motors
  7. Has anybody tried PONGBOT table tennis robots?

Well, if you could ask this question for me to a company's expert and reply me here publicly, I would appreciate it. I'm pretty sure that other members as well, would like to know the type of motors.
  8. Has anybody tried PONGBOT table tennis robots?

What kind of motors does PONGBOT use? Are they brushless DC motors (BLDC) or are they brushed motors?
  9. Light BH rubber

Hm, interesting... I've never heard of it, while I have high regard for Nittaku rubbers. Is it good for blocking? How fast is it and is it spinny?
  10. Light BH rubber

Victas V>11 is very light, I use it on my BH
  11. I bought a Viscaria as a begginer. Here's what it did to me and my thoughts on the subject.

I agree 100% with you: When a beginner starts off with a very fast blade, it hinders development. The reason is simple: At the very beginning in order to learn and understand the mechanics of each stroke ,the movements have to be much bigger and even "exaggerated". That is something that cannot...
  12. Your Top 5 of blades

  13. Table tennis Robot - Joola Shorty

I wouldn't recommend buying a Joola robot, just look for another brand. I was one of the unlucky ones who bought a Joola Infinity: I was continually having problems with it and Joola abandoned the project by admitting it was a failed one. Of course, we were never reimbursed!!!! Read here the...
  14. Anders Lind discussing illegal serves

I don't think that they can't make legal serves, it's that they don't want to. Especially older players, rely on illegal serves to score easy point and know that most opponents out of respect of their age or in order to avoid being "hostile", will just not complain. Take for example this guy...
  15. Anders Lind discussing illegal serves

It's not a matter of cameras, VAR system or simplification of service rules. Ultimately it will be up to the umpires to call an illegal serve. Most umpires ARE and WILL BE hesitant to call on illegal serves (especially on superstar players), in order not to disrupt the flow of the games. Only...
  16. Rubbers Shrinking?

I don't have an opinion specifically for EL-D, but rubbers tend to shrink if they are factory boosted or there's too much pressure applied when gluing. To my experience, the only rubber that is not shrinking is Nittaku G1.
  17. Super viscaria

I would definitely recommend Butterfly Innerforce ZLC. I've tried it with various setups and loved it. Can't go wrong with this one.
  18. Super viscaria

It's been about 6-7 months since I've tried it and can't remember all the details. From what I can recall, I didn't like the feeling and vibration, the throw angle (higher than I like) and didn't like at all the blocking.
