  1. Friendship 729 Battle 2 National vs Friendship 729 Battle 3

Maybe just managed to boost it well now? I'm not sure either. It feels a bit soft and quite springy if I hit with impact. Many times I overshot too because of the extra speed. And I really didn't need to worry at all about racket angles much and brushing. In fact I feel I was still playing too...
  2. Friendship 729 Battle 2 National vs Friendship 729 Battle 3

I have to say deep purple is one of my favorite colors. I like blue and red too and the mix is just the best. 🤡
  3. How many rackets do Chinese pros have?

I heard people smuggle them out from DHS in their bumm by the carton box. Prott does sell some used rubbers too tho. Probably the beginner smugglers start with cut sheets.
  4. Xuperman rubbers + viscaria

I also saw Xu Xin uses his own rubber, and not DHS in the national games.
  5. Friendship 729 Battle 2 National vs Friendship 729 Battle 3

I kind of came across my B2 national that I didn't like much on W968 if I have to be super honest and I am pretty sure I gave voice to that discontent in a few posts. Maybe I didn't boost it well. I got it around the same time as H3N prov blue last year and I didn't like that either at that time...
  6. Upgrade from Xiom Vega Europe?

I wager D05 would be pretty hectic coming from Vega Europe. With D05 you would feel it's hard, it has no speed, no spin, can't get enough sponge compression to make it work. Can't make the topsheet stretch enough. Of course over time you would adjust if you are patient. One thing you would feel...
  7. The blade off Wang Manyu ??

In the 2024 Chinese national championship it seems Liu Shiwen also used this blade.
  8. New Stiga Mantra Pro

I used to try the XH on BH, not for any long period just twiddle around. For blocking the XH is more stable but once you need to grab the ball and give it spin it's much more difficult to use than the M. M is great for the backhand just the right hardness and it works really well with all wood...
  9. Is this the weakest China's men's team has ever been?

Remember when China lost against Belgium?
  10. Wang Chuqin loses to 14 year old!

It's good that everyone was understanding with WCQ and no one gave him any shit. :)
  11. San Francisco looking for training partner.

I have a 94g Tokorozawa Super Fan Zhendong ALC incoming because I have been chewing some people's ears long enough to get this. Let's see how much the "don't pay" 2 win scenario works out for me and how well the plastic in the handle affects my waaay-waaay above god tier 10 dimension palm-finger...
  12. Friendship 729 Battle 2 National vs Friendship 729 Battle 3

I think from the old national version they had 41deg hard. (maybe the only rubber from 729 that had 41deg hard) Is there any other update on the sponge besides increasing the thickness by 0.05mm? That would be a bit disappointing by itself. But I do feel like on B2 the 40deg matches with H3N...
  13. I need help on chosing my new rubbers

Battle 3 might be a good option for you on FH. On BH Moon 12 M- hardness is sweet.
  14. ZQH 90 alternative with a bigger FL handle?

They are never identical. When you hold the handle it's not the same among the same type of blades. And you know the thickness is a number but how the handle curves etc etc, it's different between blades. It's baffling a bit since I would think CNC machines mill these so they should be pretty...
  15. ZQH 90 alternative with a bigger FL handle?

I think the ZQ90 has one of the fattest FL handles among blades. Maybe Primorac Carbon or Stiga Legend FL handles are are thicker. Chinese brands FL handles are not bad either, Yinhe, Sanwei etc. Even the fatter Butterfly handles are thinner than ZQ90, like ZJ ALC, or LGY ALC, Vis...
  16. Tacky European rubber to replace Chinese / boosting

You could also look at something like Yasaka Shining or Rising Dragon (2).
  17. Sanwei target national new version

You have a link to that store? For 10Eur I'd order a lot. I can sell these in local clubs easly 😂
  18. Sanwei target national new version

Well not speed demon, but I don't feel the need of booster it's fast enough and the spin is there. Since the sponge eats the ball so well (or maybe it's because of their claimed topsheet to sponge bonding technology) the ball really sinks in and can generate great spin without any boosting. The...
  19. Sanwei target national new version

I advise that you don't for the first time. If you find the rubber too hard or something then you can boost later. It will be easy to glue the sheet back on your racket since the booster will expand the rubber. Personally I don't think it needs to be boosted.
  20. Sanwei target national new version

Seems to be pretty good. Slight deviations but you can find that with ESN rubbers too so.
