  1. considering yinhe v-14 pro

As the Mantra rubbers gone out of production, perhaps you should look at buying an allround blade again but find a new rubber that is a bit faster than the Mantra S? Like Lazer says. Check out Yasaka Rakza 7. That one is really nice, and gives you more offensive qualities than Mantra S.
  2. considering yinhe v-14 pro

Hi. The Yinhe V14 PRO is a totally different blade than your Stiga Allround Classic. If you after four years would change to a much faster, stiffer ALC blade, I think you would have problems maintaining the technique you have learned for the past years. Why not change to a Stiga Offensive...
  3. Where to play in Stockholm

Get in touch with Ängby SK. Nice club and nice people. I could come and play when I was there a couple of years ago. [email protected]
  4. Testing H3 with TTEX speedlim (speed glue) and how to use speed glue?

Isn't H3 NEO pre glued with water based glue? I haven't tried it with speed glue, but I think that I read it somewhere. Perhaps if you remove the glue layer before speed gluing then?
  5. What is the best alternative for Tenergy 05?

Too many people want to take shortcuts and ends up with a bad technique and a hole in their pockets :D
  6. Do you boost your ESN rubber after factory tuning wears off?

I had a couple of Stiga DNA S/M and Andro Hexer Grip/Grip SFX and more similar rubbers. They shrunk like there's half a centimeter short all around the blade. And I tried to get them to fit the blade again with both Seamoon and TTRevolution booster, but it takes several layers, like 4-6, and...
  7. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

Thanks. Most players don't like them :) The problem is mainly my consistency, and accuracy, so there's plenty of practice to do regarding that, and movement of course.
  8. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

Now I managed to merge together a couple of sequences showing what I aim for when I play. Not the best quality, but it's what I have. :) I try to brush the ball quite fast and then I need a harder sponge and a quite hard top sheet. Using a Dignics or Tenergy never gets me near the speed I get...
  9. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

Sorry. Can't upload a video in some way. Wrong file type. Perhaps I could get some help? UpSideDownCarl is on to something there. :) I'm not that high level, mainly because I'm getting older and I tend to miss now and then :) But that is how I play. Very brushy :)
  10. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

Well. At first. I always find H3N faster than BD. If you look at the video you can see Tom and Dan playing with H3N the way they play with their Tenergy 05, using the H3N in the same way as the Dignics 09c. These are two very different rubbers. At first H3N is a bit tackier than D09c, and the...
  11. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

Yep. It's quite hard to create something that all players can rely on. I don't think there's any player sharing the exact same experiences as another one when it comes to product combinations in table tennis, because everyone moves, hits, tilting their bat in different ways etc.Mr Zhuang and I...
  12. Should I leave rubber in plastic seal?

I don't think it is. I had some Dignics 05 quite recently and they were not sealed, so I'm quite sure the Tenergy rubbers aren't as well.
  13. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

I use it boosted nowadays, but it works really fine unboosted too. I feel that with the booster it's too soft to be a really good FH rubber, but unboosted it used to work great for FH as well. My BH likes the 38deg in the boosted state :)
  14. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

You can play in multiple ways with the Big Dipper. It's a really nice allround rubber with the ability to attack and spin the ball like crazy. Brushing is the ultimate way to get the most out of it, and the control is great. :)
  15. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

This carbon-hunt is a bit funny. If you buy a fast Butterfly carbon blade and put on some Dignics 05 or Tenergy 05 MAX, and have played for say less than 5 years. Of course you have a huge problem. But there are wooden blades that are as fast as all these carbon blades as well. So if you slap...
  16. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

We might just have different potentials to deliver :)
  17. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

Well. I need some sort of stiffer, quite fast blade for my boosted DHS H3-ish rubber on forehand. I have tried a lot of different blades and among these a hard Sanwei V5 PRO all wood blade as well. This one works quite fine with these rubbers, but I tend to come back to my Yinhe V14 PRO ALC...
  18. Non-shrinking ESN rubbers

I have a Presto Max Spin that shrunk a bit, and I added a couple of layers of the TT REvolution No.3 booster to the sponge, and it got the bounce back and added a bit of soft feeling it din't have before. And it got a bit bigger again. Perhaps it will work the same with your Presto Speed?
  19. how to receive long underspin serve

Bend your knees, do a more vertical, rapid stroke and brush the ball to get the loop over the net. This way you turn the spin around, and with a more vertical stroke you lift the ball more. You don't have to hit the ball at the highest point. It could be easier to let the ball sink a bit and you...
  20. Help needed: How to deal with soft / no spin / minimal spin short ball

Sure. I haven't seen Gozo play. I just mean that going from H2/H3 to Donic Bluefire M1 is big step to take. In my experience, players not satisfied with how their equipment works with their technique often tend to make too big changes at once, and risk getting lost on the way. If Gozo is used...
