Well thinking about things I really like what the Pongcast is doing, that kind of 'news' based media is really good presentation wise and is fantastic for giving people summaries and highlights over a time period.

It is important to take some time to rest, although I admire your determination to try and get out on the table. Perhaps take a week off and see if there are improvements with you knee. Good to see you taking precautions by using support for your knee and tailoring your training schedule

Yea Timo has had ongoing issues with a back injury continuing this year from last year.

Good luck to him of course but I would love to see someone beat him also IF they play well enough to deserve the win!

Wow I never knew Trent had that video, is it new? I think that's the best one. Awesome that ITTF put Ola's link on facebook! I heard she's training pretty hard in Korea so will have to see if she can slap me off when she gets back. BTW everyone that stadium in Ola's video is where I work and...

Nice video Janus :) I made one also with mens singles highlights, best to watch in 720 or 1080p. Hope you all like :D

Awesome well I'm an electric guitar fanatic so I listen to music way before my time, I'd say Def Leppard and Van Halen are my two favourite bands and I love listening to guitar intstrumentals. In fact if I listen to music before tt matches 'Jump' by Van Halen is usually not too far away :P

lol u guys don't get it... :P
