Tibhar MX-S is a great BH rubber with superb grip. It grabs the ball very well, also it is not slow and has very good blocking capabilities.

Wow, some serious topics here :) For me the situation is as follows: you should compete for the country in which you were taught to play. Within reason of course. I mean if you leave China after becoming a professional there and become a citizen of any other country I think it should be normal...

I would advise you to try using good sport insoles. I don't think your problem is the shoo but the weight transfer when you play and the way you stand. The best way is to go to an orthopedist or try some kind of automated diagnostic(usually you can find such things in orthopedic shops)...
