I wonder why does the Mizutani ZLC feel stiffer and harder than the Mizutani Super ZLC. On paper it should be the other way around but actually in real life the Mizutani ZLC is much stiffer and harder than the Super ZLCThe Super ZLC has more vibration too, and the copies I have Mizutani ZLC FL...
So I wonder which has more advantages, a light or a heavy paddle (blade plus rubbers). I would say heavy is above 192g and below is light. Below 185g is quite light.
Without spoiling anything, I wonder about the general consensus.
I have tried probably 100 blades with different handles, be it FL, AN, or ST. Sorry for penhold players I will just add my comment on that, I wish every manufacturer gave you more choices. From my distant ovjective stance I think penace is the nicest but hey feel free to agree or disagree...
Do I really need to explain? :sneaky:
Last night you had great fun with your partner in the sack and the next day you felt confident and you felt you can do no wrong your hips were on fire your body felt amazing, didn't feel any tiredness. Ambitious shots layed on the table, your opponent is...
I have no illusions that man pingpang-golfers have an acute sensory repertoire, be it visual or acoustical. ( Meaning I have no fcking clue why players are so skilled, be it eyes, brain power, muscle type, bones structure, in many cases it's hard to tell, OK?)
I know of my self that I rely on...
I noticed it many times now that I have changed only the forehand rubber on my blade. If my racket is 191-2g totally it feels very elastic and I feel the wood and carbon working more. I feel it deforming and then regaining it's natural state (I feel the blade elasticity). If my racket is only...
I see the NextLevel is trying to start some off-topic BS (BS as in bluesponge), but his Enron bluesponge feels like the Titanic. It's a kick in the own nuts, so I will try something more useful. Since I fancy my nuts un-kicked.
BTW, this is a highly divisive, highly fanboy-based, heck maybe...
I have tried to use Glayzer 09c, Xiom Vega China plus and normal, Dignics 09c on my forehand side but after using Chinese rubbers for the last year and before for about 7-8 years now I just forgot how to use Hybrid or Tensioned rubbers. Sure, I can use them pretty darn well, but they feel slow...
This I not necerally will be an advice how to glue but maybe some will take away some things that are important.
I had run out of glue, and I could only could do 2 very thin layer on sponge and on blade. The feelin of that rubber was so metallic and hollow and slow... It was a Chinese rubber...
Well what to say? I guess the list is like best sticky FH rubbers that don't need boosting that are made in China. I think many people like me don't fancy boosting that much, so we look for the holy grail of rubbers that is like a boosted H3N BS for cheap.
My list is below but probably...
I guess the title says a lot why someone should use Glayzer on backhand side over most other rubbers.
First of all if you like something else already then use that. You know how to play H3 on BH or D09c on BH... use those. You mastered Tenergy 05 and random ESN 48degree rubber... use those. I...
So please someone tell me what is going on with H3N topsheet. The topsheet still is tacky, it can lift the ball 30-40cm consistently. I get it that this is not very tacky but it is tacky nevertheless. But when you find a thin contact angle with the ball the ball slips. (makes that "cccc" sound)...
Since it's summer time and no competition and league matches I'm trying out as much stuff as possible. Since I only have ONE Cybershape I'm kind of bogged down since the shape and cutting and other blades don't fit that blabla. Anyway my point is that I can't have a main blade and a 2nd one...
Since Stiga now has its easily swappable weights in some of their blades I have been thinking maybe it would be beneficial to swap a heavier weight against defenders since I would prefer a more heavy racket over a light one. I understand before the match starts I can swap any weight but in case...
TL;DR What can I say, yet another Viscaria clone? Enjoy.
But after some long trolling and strolling time on the forum let me just open up a topic and clack away on my keyboard a bit.
So at some point Lin Gaoyuan's contract with Butterfly ended and he used the Butterfly Lin Gaoyuan ALC blade to...
I recently bought 2 sheets from TT-Japan, and I have read on Japanese sites that maybe Mizuno/Sumitomo has changed the formula a little due to covid availability etc etc...
So maybe 2022 rubbers are a bit different compared to 2023...
I used Q5 before and loved it until it bubbled up after...
Recently I have started to go to the gym before my regular table tennis training, which is not ideal but I have free time like this.
So far from the 3 occasions I have been at the gym I only trained for my legs and core muscles. My goal is not to build muscle mass, just to get more explosive...
Let me start with a story again, since nothing can kill a good story. (or how was it in GoT?) Christmas was here so my girlfriend wanted to give me a gift. In the past, I was kinda torn to get a W968 provincial but in the end, it never materialized. Now she insisted that she will get me one, and...
