  3. WTT Champions Montpellier 2025, 10/28-11/2

So rigged. The probability of that happening by chance is 1 in 7 million — and I’ve even taken the seeding into account.
  4. Evolution of rubbers

Tenergy 05 revolutionized the sport of table tennis. Then came the Dignics series. Andro, Yasaka, Tibhar, and others followed. There are options ranging from soft to hard rubbers, and from tacky to non-tacky surfaces. Have we reached the end of the road when it comes to rubbers? Personally, I...
  5. Stable All+/Off- setup

I'm looking for a table tennis racket that is forgiving in offensive shots but stable in blocking play. I had the Virtuoso Plus together with Tenergy 19 and Dynaryz ACC. It felt too fast for offensive shots. I switched to an All+ (Inzone Columbia All+). It felt good for offensive shots but too...
  6. What happens if ball is wet in a tournament?

It happened to Truls VS Harimoto in China Smash. Apparently you can't complain about wet ball when you're serving, only when you are the receiver. At 29:15.
  7. WTT Singapore Smash 2024 3/7-3/17

There seemed to be some issue between Boll and Jörgen P, someone knows what it could be?
  8. Soft rubber for backhand

Tronix cmd, Dynaryz cmd, Rasanter r42, Vega europe, Hexer powergrip sfx, Rozena, Rakza 7 soft...and so on. So many to choose from. May I just pick one at random as they don't differ that much from each other anyway?
  9. Soft rubber for backhand

Xiom is confusing the s*it out of me. Euro Vega, Omega, Sigma, and now I discovered that there's a df-version of the Vega Europe. How does the Euro and Euro DF differ from each other?
  10. Soft rubber for backhand

Thanks, I have the Stiga Hybrid M on forehand. Tried it on backhand but felt it too hard. Maybe the mk is different although the hardness is the same.
  11. Soft rubber for backhand

Been looking at that one. Then I discovered there's a omega v and vii with same sponge hardness. Do you know how the different euro-versions differ from each other?
  12. Soft rubber for backhand

Looking for a soft backhand rubber on my Cybershape Clipper. Tried Stiga platinum m - too hard. Tried Fastarc c-1 - better control, but didn't like the "woody" feeling which I think is due to rubber thickness (2.0mm). I really like the feeling of the ball sinking into the rubber. My backhand...
  13. Xiom Vega Korea Review

Is the hardness of Vega Korea 47d? The online shop I'm buying from states it's 45d. Which is correct?
  14. Two new Cybershapes from Stiga (Clipper & AC)

I have the cybershape wood and like it overall. However, its weight is only 79 gram and I feel it's a bit too slow. Thinking of upgrading to Clipper, but afraid it's too fast. What do you think?
  15. Nittaku Fastarc Series

Thanks again. I'm thinking maybe Dynaryz ACC on forehand, but a bit concerned it may be too fast and bouncy compared to the g-1 I'm using on forehand currently.
  16. Nittaku Fastarc Series

Sounds promising, I may give it a try for my bh. Do you use it on fh too?
  17. Nittaku Fastarc Series

Thanks! I find the g-1 (2.0) too hard for my backhand, which has similar hardness as ACC. Difficult to dig the ball into the sponge, for me.
