Since your post, I am intrigued to try desktop mat on the backhand side of my return board. Following your link, I see that the desktop mat you used is made of faux leather. Can you confirm if I can buy faux leather desktop mat or it has to be made of PVC?

Are you suggesting that we can generate underspin on a returnboard? I thought returnboards are only useful for topspin rallies. If we use the said material, do you think I can push to the returnboard and it will come back as underspin or topspin?

Do you think Omni S Pro not being a table top robot is a loss? Omni would always be shooting from the middle of the table, where as Nova can have custom drills from any position of the table.

I was really beating myself up for wasting $300 Timo Boll ALC set up which was too fast / advanced for me and needed me to have Stiga Clipper set up. I feel much better having read this thread
