Hi guys. Recently I've put some wood putty onto a blade which i pull a small chunk of wood out. I knew I was going to seal it so I bought a 'thing' not sure if it is a varnish or not...It is called Sissons Polyurethane Floor Dressing. Anyone knows if that works? And how to apply it?

I've used Stiga Rosewood XO of my friend's, it's a good blade with good dwell without the sacrifice of power. I think you should look at the 145 instead of 190 because you're comparing an allwood blade with a stiff carbon blade lol

Seems like Hurricane is the best choice though!

Yes it does, but not much. The little dust on it actually giving it a little more grip though. I've try wiping it on a dryfit cloth but the result is not as good as cotton cloth

For me though, I just simply use a sponge with water on it, wipe it and dry it immediately using my cotton cloth, that makes my H3N pretty tacky...

If so you should consider H3 provincial NEO instead, faster than H3 NEO

Actually IMO, if you can use Hurricane 3 NEO fully, it's far more compensating than using euro rubbers. Euro rubbers only fit on my backhand unless I'm using a stiff carbon blade...
