Playing doubles in an interschool league. Down 9-7; sets: 0-3 4 points in a row, and then 3 sets to take the match! :D
  2. Ping Pong Anime (ピンポン)

The 2002 film Ping Pong was actually an adaptation of Taiyou Matsumoto's Manga with the same name. This anime is meant to be another adaptation of the Manga.
  3. Around the net Wei Qi vs Seemiller!

Unrelated to thread video: Der_Echte, your comment involving the US has got me thinking about countries now! Which leads to my question to you, are you still in 한국? I was under the impression you had left.
  4. Bluefire JP01 versus M2

Sounds like a really nice rubber, John. Sounds like something I might try. Are you a two winged looper or more a punching RPB and looping forehand?
  5. Top 10 most popular players on Facebook

You're right in saying it's to do with Internet Restriction in China. Facebook, Twitter and Youtube are amongst a large number of blocked sites in China. Often dubbed 'The Great Firewall of China'
  6. Choppers favouring backhand serves

  9. Any tips on chopping?

If you get your technique right, rubber shouldn't matter. I chop with tenergy 05 on both forehand and backhand (I'm a penholder), and although I find it very fast, they still land on the table. Make sure you're using full strokes, and that you have the right angle. Your contact needs to be very...

Some schools create miniature league-type competitions, where teams play each other once a week, during the designated times for complusory sport. Sometimes the kids want to...
  11. What rubber do you use for RPB?

I've been borrowing a racquet from my coach who has a large collection of them it seems. Mainly because there are no table tennis speciality shops in the area. I've picked a shakehand racquet (despite being a penholder) with a fairly light wood blade, and Tenergy 05 on the forehand, and Joola...
  12. Penhold Tomahawk Serve

Quite a while ago I posted a video on youtube of some of my serve repertoire, so I could send it round to a few friends to get some pointers. But a while ago, I got a comment asking for a tutorial (actually, they didn't ask for a tutorial, but just a closer view of the serve). I replied that I...
