  1. WE USED 1950’s BATS! | Marty Supreme Knockout!

Did you use CGI ping pong balls like Marty Supreme did?
  2. Grip tape

I use Hockey Stick grip tape. I don't like the spongy feel of Tennis Racket grip tape.
  3. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

That's interesting. The lightest AJH TMXi Pro I have ever found was 89gr.
  4. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

I'm using Vega Pro H on my BH and am very happy with it.
  5. Any news and info on Zhang Jike's New donic bluegrip j line?

Just glued my first sheet of J2 and will test it tonight. Interesting that the weight of the sheet was within a gram of Bluestar A2. One of the reasons I don't use Bluegrip C is it is too heavy for my preferences. Just bouncing the ball on the rubber compared to A2, the J2 produces a higher...
  6. Any news and info on Zhang Jike's New donic bluegrip j line?

I have J2 sheets on the way from TT11. I'm looking forward to trying it out. From what I understand, the top sheet is from Bluestar and the sponge from Bluegrip. I currently use Bluestar A2 so I will test the new rubber against the old on my matched Xiom TMXi blades.

  9. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

I used the regular AJH yesterday, but I own and have played quite a bit with an AJH Pro also.
  10. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

I had four solid hours yesterday with my new Hugo TMXi Pro. Again, the weight is 85.6, and rubbers are Donic Bluestar A2 FH and Xiom Vega Pro H on BH. I had an hour with my coach first. I asked him to help me with feedback on any perceived difference between my AJH and Hugo (same rubber on...
  11. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

My AJH regular version is 88 grams, and I have an AJH Pro that weighs 90. The Hugo does not feel head heavy to me, but I use 2.0 rubber on both sides rather than Max thickness to save some weight and because I prefer a more balanced feel in the blade. I'm hesitant to describe it more without...
  12. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

Here are my initial impressions of the Hugo TMXi Pro. Blade weighs 85.6 grams. I glued a Donic Bluestar A2 on FH and an Xiom Vega Pro H on the BH. Blade is as nice looking as the original AJH version. I was concerned, given the lighter weight that they had diminished the handle, but it remains...
  13. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

No custom charges. That may change when the tariffs kick in. My blades arrived today. Matched weights thanks to the customer service at TT11. Both weigh 85.6 grams. I'll try one out Wednesday and post my impressions.
  14. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

Wow, between a smaller discount and VAT you are paying significantly more than I do. My two blades came to $284 dollars. Interesting. I just went and checked how much it would be today, and the charge today is $303. I suppose there has been some Dollar to Euro fluctuation due to the Trump...
  15. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

I just put two of the new Hugo TMXi Pro blades in my cart and it gave me the 30% discount at checkout.
  16. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

Yes, two Hugo TMXi Pro blades. I'll post some impressions after they arrive and I have time to play a bit with them. I intend to use the same rubbers (Donic Bluestar A2 - FH / Xiom Vega Pro H - BH).
  17. New Xiom Blades Series: Hugo Calderano and Lee Seungsoo (TMX / ALX)

I've been playing with the AJH TMXi for the last 18 months and continue to love it. The new Hugo model has me interested. I ordered two of the new ones yesterday from TT11. With the 30% discount they came to $142 each.
  18. Donic Bluestar vs. Bluegrip?

I believe BlueGrip is significantly heavier, and a bit grippier. I play with Bluestar A2 and have previously used BG C2.
  19. improve Your Forehand footwork

What's footwork? Are you saying my feet need to work?!?
  20. Timo Boll no longer using 09C

Maybe he just wants to be like Kanak Jha.
