Hey guys Are tensor/tension/spring rubbers and sponges the best way to go when buying rubbers these days? What are the significant differences between these and normal sponge? How long into the lifespan of the rubber does these effects last? Thanks

Im looking for a tensor rubber that is very tacky yet also has a soft sponge. Any suggestions?

At the moment I have a Stiga Calibra Sound and I'm looking for a spinnier rubber (if possible) for forehand... Soft to Medium-soft sponge. I was thinking of Xiom Vega Europe or Japan, Donic Bluefire JP 03 and Joola X-plode Sensitive. Throw not too high. Any recommendations? Thanx
