2023 WTTC Host Announced

In today's ITTF Online AGM, the delegates have announced the winner for 2023's host city for WTTC. Durban and Dusseldorf were the only bids for this event. It is with great pleasure to say that Durban, South Africa is now the 2023 WTTC host. Congratulations!

Durban won 90 votes (69.77%) to beat off competition from the other candidate city, Düsseldorf, Germany, who won 39 votes (30.23%).

With the new WTT ("World Table Tennis") events starting next year, the WOrld championship format must be different right? Does anyone know how it will work?
