At first thought, I thought the sponge looks a bit like Rakza 7. Does it have similar speed and spin as Rakza 7?

Is it considered the 2nd tier Tensor system?? For example, I notice Gold Arc 8 says Tensor but Gold Arc 5 says Bios.

It's not 2nd tier, just one of the many ESN tensor systems.

If I remember right, the Evolution rubbers are Bios, If you look up Tibhar catalogs online, I think they explain what Bios brings to the table.

It was a collaboration between the German company Derwind and 729. 729 wanted to try to make a better non-tacky rubber with German sponge and produced Stolz & Rayhe, but the project was discontinued as the cost became too high.
