About the Rules of ittf is "Rotating" the racket while playing is against the rule?

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask if "rotating" the racket is not a violation of the ittf rules? For example, using the fh rubber for serve then use (rotate the racket) the same rubber for the backhand stroke...
Please tell me if it's okay or allowed in a tournament.

Of course it's allowed. It's called twiddling.

It is very common among players that have pips on one side.

There is nothing against this in the rule book.

I suggest players (of all levels) to read through the ITTF rule book to familarise more about the game
It won't take you a few mins of your time.
