Hello, everyone!
I'm training with coach 2-3 hours and playing 2-3 amateur tournaments a week.
My current stuff:
blade: Donic waldner dicon
fh: Acuda s1 max
bh: Vega Elite max
I'm pretty ok with blade and FH (when right movement is done ball flies as intended), but have some issues with bh. In particular, with pushes. Feels like ball bounces too much.
So i think to try S1/S2 2.0 for FH and S2/S3 2.0 for BH.
Maybe Nittaku Flyatt Soft 2.0 / Rakza 7/10 soft 2.0 / Vega Intro 2.0 for BH.
BH is main question here. =)
For playstyle i didn't find out yet, but think i prefer attacking close to the table.

A good rubber for near the table (pushes, blocks, spins) is the Stiga Mantra Pro M (Medium) @ 2mm. Although is quite spinny, it isn't much sensitive to incoming spin so blocks and service returns are easier. Not much of a catapult effect, so it is more controllable than ESN rubbers. It lacks the power far from table but near and mid-distance it shines.

Vega Elite is the softest one as far as I remember. So perhaps something a bit harder, could be Europa 2.0, which is still soft and controllable. Other ESN rubbers won't make a big difference.

But it must be mostly your technique, perhaps your hand is too tense. Train some push-push rallies with confident yet relaxed strokes.

Thanks to all. After some hard time of GAS agony I decide to take rakza 7 + rakza 7 soft 2.0.
Both are to try for BH or you will use one for FH?
A word of advice on these choices, they will also be bouncy similar to what you described with the avega Elite. It may be a little bit less due to 2.0 instead of Max but I've used R7 2.0 and Max and there's not much difference, and the R7 soft is even more bouncy.
But R7 is a great rubber so persevere with it if you find it difficult initially, you will get used to it. If controling it is an issue it is a technique issue on your side but you'll know what to work on!

@Sims
Sorry for out of topic, but I am just curious, why you named your Ma Lin Extra Offensive as Jimmy Carr?
Hey
Yeah, as Turbozed said it's cos Jimmy is the king of offensive humour. The name was actually given by a club mate who laughed when he saw the blade and casually asked the following week "How are you getting on with Jimmy Carr, did he tell you yet you're a cunt?" 🤣🤣🤣
Excuse the language but it's been Jimmy Carr ever since 😛
