Are Haifu rubbers good?

I have a friend who has a bunch of old but basically unused Haifu rubbers that he doesn't want so he just offered to give them to me. I think they are Whale and Shark or something.

Are Haifu rubbers good? should they just be thought of as Haifu's version of Hurricane?

If he doesn't play on ITTF tournaments it doesn't matter rubbers on LARC list or not

Might be a problem in official tournaments or league play as well, at least in Germany. If he only wants to train with these rubbers that doesn‘t matter, of course.

I just want to practice with them. Not planning on playing any serious tournaments. I just don't know anything about them or if they are considered a legitimate alternative to Hurricane.
