It's pretty close to t05 spin, so yes, it does, but it has a lot more control.

Yes, it does, the spin it produces is really OK, if you engage, and that is not that hard (because of its hardness). And indeed the blocking is, strangely, very OK too. But everything is relative... All I can say, is that if you are already used to cca 47-48 hardness, you will not regret trying it...

In my experience, D64 is better for BH punch and block than D05. D05 throw angle is a bit too high and less catapult.
