Hi , I currently using Rev No 3 , medium viscosity.

Whenever I remove rubbers to test on alternate blades, it becomes really hard to remove safely without damaging the rubber

Which glue one can recommend so that the glue removal from rubbers becomes easy

I second the DHS 15, just bought another half litre of it here.
It glues brilliantly and the rubbers also come off without issue every time, just make sure your blade is protected before gluing

Typically Rev 3 is even renowned for being easily removable, but it seems the quality varies too much.

I use this now

It is not unlike Rev 3 high viscosity, same annoying ammonia smell, but works a treat: Dries quickly and I have removed glue from any structure of sponges (pore size, etc.) in one piece lately. Cheap it is too ;-)

Does the glue gets removed easily from the rubbers without damaging the rubbers?

will sealing the blade dont change the feel of the blade?

Sealing it with a light coat of polyurethane makes no difference to the blade, at least not that anyone has been able to discern.
Putting only 1 coat of glue on the sponge was a mistake, the glue was so thin that it kept tearing as I tried to remove it from the sponge and it took ages.
As long as I put 2 or more coats of glue in the rubber it's always been easy to remove from the sponge without damage.
Not all sponges are the same so maybe some sponges are more delicate than others but I've never ruined a rubber with the DHS glue

I also use this, 2 thin layers on the rubber and one on the blade. €10 for 280 ml on ali, super cheap and works really well.

My coach loves butterfly free chalk, also a good glue but has a higher price.

There is hardly a problem getting the rubbers of a lightly sealed blade. To get the glue of the sponge is a completely different problem.
With the dense sponges it is not an issue as long as the layer of glue is thick enough but with the more porous sponges, regardless of what glue i use it is virtually impossible to remove the glue without getting small bits of sponge coming off.
Example could be : Rozena

Thats interesting - one has to apply 2 layers of glue for ease of removal.

Yeah, in my experience a slightly thicker layer of glue has always been much easier to remove. The thin layer kept tearing as it stretched when removing and left me picking at the sponge to find the edge of the glue again and I damaged the sponge in places when I got a bit careless and frustrated!

I think i will go towards DHS glue, TT11 has 500 ml too
And funny this comes up again today as my half litre just arrived an hour ago! :)

Its definitely worth a try. You can always buy teh small bottle first to see if you like it before going for the bigger one.
Some folk have found it slightly trickier to spread, as it tends to dry relatively quickly.
I've encountered this issue once in the past but realised that the room was too warm, i was in the sitting room with a lighting fire, not a good idea!
As long as the room hasn't been too warm I've not had an issue but (as i get more practice at it) I'm able to spread it quickly and evenly now so all good

I know some glues seem to contain ammonia, but isn't ammonia a VOC that could be picked up by a ENEZ sensor at official tournaments? I think DHS No15 has ammonia as well, so why is this not an issue, while other VOC glues are such a big issue?
I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using any of these glues, but I'm perplexed why ammonia seems to be used by some table tennis brands, when the ITTF has banned VOC-based glues.
