Freitas ALC is good for outer carbon.

The Hina Hayata H2 from Nittaku is a very good inner carbon option.
Great spin on forehand but still stable and controlled on backhand. I would say it's pretty easy to use and just very balanced in its attributes.

I am an intermediate player with a decent forehand and according to me a good backhand I like medium hard rubbers not like those springy type i.e ten 05 but i guess I can manage I am more focused on spin and control rather than speed even though I lack the speed.
Here you go, which blade would be best with rubbers, now I have specified what I want pls comment.
