blade weight (butterfly)

Butterfly themselves recently (past yr) have been labeling their blades weight as (depending on humidity and temperature). I’ve heard pro players like timo boll picks heavier blades for use. Do any of you guys choose specific blade weight to use for your blades? Also I’ve heard that blade tend to get heavier as you use it over time?

I personally like to go for around 85-87 grams as it is not too light nor too heavy and provides the perfect balance for me. Why those exact numbers? Because my first blade was 86 grams and switching to heavier / lighter setups takes a LONG time to get used to, and I'd rather just not deal with that.
