Boosting H3neo ( 39 deg BS provincial)

I have a question about boosting. So according to this video by Zhang Jike

he mentions 2 thin layers of booster and then 2 layers of glue, however don't H3neos already have glue preapplied? Is it needed to remove this glue first -> 2 layers of booster -> 2 layers of glue or is it okay to just straight up apply the booster on the preapplied glue -> 2 layers of booster?

Well, I believe there is no universal truth there — only preferences. Regarding the initial glue layer, however, it's incredibly thin. So, that barely makes a difference. Leave and apply the booster — it's too much hassle to remove it either way. If you feel the difference and don't like it, then get non-Neo version

One layer of booster straight on wait 12 hours then stick on blade ur good to go. Never do 2 layers of booster for 39 degree
