I have had a timo boll alc lying around for a while and finally got the time to put new rubbers on it and start using it so just for the sake of it should I or should I not do it

Depends on what you want to achieve, ball goes fast and spins easily. The booster + speed glue combi probably will be more amazing with hurricane 3, get the commercial version so u can have a feel of a CHN team player

Some posters have mentioned that applying some speed glue on the blade can protect the wood from splintering. So if you were to use booster first then last layer use speed glue on the rubber and blade then it could help protect the wood.
