Between the two, go Xiom. Not necessarily due to the rubber itself, but because of the options you have if you feel like it's not exactly what you want. You can get it slightly harder, slightly sticky etc. while retaining almost exactly the same feeling.
Rozena is too standalone for that.

"Better" is a relative term, as in "better fitting your level and playstyle".

They're not all that dissimilar. Rozena's a bit quicker, and has a higher speed plateau. That said, Vega Euro feels safer and produces spin a bit more easily.

And for me, Rozena was quite brittle, easily damaged, and degraded notably in the span of a few months, whereas Vega Euro was more durable, and degraded more gracefully.

As for other options, there are many. Too many. There's Donic Baracuda; also not too fast, very spinny, and it lasts. Recently, Andro Bype; I have a team mate playing with it. Good stuff, in the same ballpark; maybe a tad spinnier, probably a bit speadier. But a similar feeling of control and restraint. Durability is still in the air.

And then there's NIttaku Fastarc C-1. Which would be my choice, if I wanted a softer BH rubber.

I am upgrading my backhand rubber. But I am confused between Butterfly Rozena and Xiom Vega Europe. Which do you think is better? Do I have other options in similar price range?
I am using both and my preference is Europe on BH, Rozena on FH. Rozena is harder than Europe and bouncier too. Europe has better control compared to Rozena while Rozena is faster.
