Anyone on here tried Zyre on fzd, or on bh to give feedback and also anyone care to detail how the 2.5 played compared to 2.7?
I also would be interesting in this. It looks like with Zyre the sponge thickness could add more nuances than the usual THICKER ----> FASTER.

If anyone could chime in i would really appreciate it.

I actually know someone who has been using the Z Bomb combo. It's not terrible but quite fast.... :)
How many TT balls he break this month alone?

I tried a friend's Viscaria with 2.7 one side and 2.5 other side. Because Zyre feels softer, the slow game feels similar on both. When going full out, 2.7 has an extra gear. So in terms of a manual transmission, 2.5 is like a 5 speed, and 2.7 is like a 6 speed with a higher max speed. If you're unable to control the top end, you'll get a ticket.

What about the arc? Does it feel different or it’s similar for both thicknesses ?

Why is it that Zyre feels very similar to D05 especially in terms of hardness despite being D09c hardness, on the bty website they are always comparing to D05 and it feels like a direct upgrade. In my opinion.
It has thicker sponge....
