there is nothing wrong about being opinionated of course but you should see the mess that DHS 15 made on the sponge of my Rozena rubbers.

there fore i now declare : The best glue is

SUIKE Table Tennis Rubber Glue 😁

Where can i find it? I search in aliexpress, but i didn't found... Did you mean "Sueke"?

Ah, that is where you made your mistake: using Rozena rubbers
Which rubbers can I use DHS No.15 on and not have problems? I say this because the guy above said he had problems with a specific rubber...

I also have another question. I was told that the correct thing to do is to apply the glue to the rubber/blade and let it dry for 5-10 minutes (until the glue becomes transparent) before actually gluing them together. I see people using hairdryers to speed up the process. Should the hairdryer be on cold or hot mode?

We are just evaporating water, as it is a waterbased glue. So use the hairdryer hot or cold as you like, just pretend it is your head.

I don't think you will get a list of rubbers that are good or not good for DHS15 out of the little smartarse who made the throwaway comment about Rozena.
Personally I will not use the stuff on any of the rubbers that do not have the tense sponges but the sort of cake-sponge.

Any Chinese rubber. Butterfly rubbers, especially softer ones like Rozena, will have issues removing any glue. Best to go with a harder denser Chinese rubber.

Cold. If you use hot air you might affect the sponge in some way. Some people might like this but I would avoid it if I were you. Seems hard to control. Just wait 1 hour for each layer of glue to dry.
