Cured vs non cured long pips?

I just stumbled upon the Dawei Saviga 77 Monster and it's available cured and non cured.

What is this curing, does it mean it's frictionless? If so, the base is 13€ and the cured is 37€. Seems a bit excessive, is it that different?

you can just leave your rubber in the sun or use a uv light like those used for nails

I have tried these pips on 1.0 sponge, which was a bit of weird combination on a fast blade.

Gonna try em soon on 0.5 sponge on a slower blade. Sponged versions are uncured I guess.

TT Maximum has good videos on this rubber. I believe what TT Maximum sells als the Golden variant is what Cured is on AliExpress.
