I have two Avalox P500 that are different weight and have the same rubbers. My main is the slowest one, and the difference is quite noticeable. I bet I can order one that is even slower. Glueing and lackering has some effect on the speed as well, especially if you do a poor job of glueing the rubber so that it stretches which will make it faster.I would suggest that if Rakza Z is too quick for you then your blade is probably the issue.
The blade is the most important thing to get right because it essentially has the biggest effect on what you can get from any given rubber. A too fast blade means you are wasting the upper potential of any rubbers you use and it will also negatively impact your technique as you try to compensate for the speed of the blade.
However, some people in my club uses Stiga Allround Classic Carbon, which seems quite balanced, and I started playing with the Stiga ST handle, so I really like the grip of that blade as well.
