DHS Hurricane King Acb question

How does the DHS Hurricane King Acb play in comparison to a DHS Long V or DHS301? Also is there a difference between the Dhs Hurricane king Acb with a curved blue line on the handle compared to one with a yellow handle? Are those different blades or are they the same?

Yellow handle is not acB. If you talk about yellow and black, it's King Wang Chuqin version.

i have a commercial 986 King WangChuqin.. black with yellow handle..
i have also ordered a ACb from ali express.. will tell you the difference in about 4-10 days..

There is more momentum toward these inner composite + koto with larger headsizes 159mm+

With the bigger headsize you get the flex of those inner + limba while having the crispness of koto for close to the table backhand exchanges.

H301/N301 was probably the first successful implementation then followed by Cybershape Carbon and now AcB.

As boosters become more potent, users of outer-type Vis blades may appreciate the added control and stability provided by an extra intermediary wood layer, while inner-type W968 players who already soften their sponge through boosting now have the option to transition to a harder wood for increased power and precision.

Also, I suspect the delay may be due to waiting for improved manufacturing and wood drying techniques to help keep the weight down, especially since koto is a harder and heavier wood compared to limba.

The first batches of H301 I saw were mid 90g+ along with the thin handle they felt extremely head heavy, I hope the weight and balance AcB is much better now.

Well National Hk AcB is already same weight range as viscaria, Usually between 87-89g.
I've used it and the quality is in between that of Viscaria and W968, but the feel is closer towards Viscaria. W968 still has more power than Hk AcB. I recommend putting softer sponges on the Hk AcB, compared to w968.
I fear that this composition is not an speed adjustment from Viscaria but an entirely different type of feeling. The forehand feeling changes drastically, backhand feeling is just a dwellier viscaria.
Mainly due to it having an ayous core versus a kiri core.
