Dignics 09c vs Nittaku hurricane 3 turbo blue

Hi,
I’m an intermediate table tennis player(usatt 1900), I currently using a Dignics 09c on a Timo boll alc for about a year now and I feel like I should change my rubbers. My coaches suggest me getting hurricane 3 blue sponge. Should I get a new sheet of Dignics 09c or try the Nittaku hurricane3 turbo blue?
thanks

These 2 rubbers are not close in performance at all. Nittaku H3 is very hard, very dead, very slow. It needs a heavy dose of booster to make it lively.
Dont boosted the nittaku h 3, the sponge is different, after you boosted it won't last a week. And that rubber is way too heavy. After the rubber is dead, just throw it away.

Nittaku H3 already comes preboosted, no need to boost it. It's also very heavy. I've tried both. Unless your blade is pretty light (85g or less), just get the D09C. I once tried the Nittaku H3 blue and D09C on a Joola ZQH 90 and that made that setup over 200g. It was such a pain to play with.

I have played both. Cut to W968:
2.1mm 09C weighs 52g
Max Nittaku H3 Turbo Blue weighs >60g

To be honest, Nittaku H3 has amazing control though. It reacts really well to booster. Spin is on par with National H3. But the weight really slows you down.

Maybe use Nittaku H3 as a training rubber? 😂

Why did you choose to replace your main rubber? In my opinion, if you are comfortable and used to using the main rubber and make the decision to replace it, I think that will make you have to adapt again. Because the rubber you mentioned has many differences.
