Hello everyone
Getting inspired by the blade-makers from here i decided to try it myself
Wood veneers as well as handles were ordered from aliexpress.
I did not have any prior woodworking experience or heavy machinery at hand so it was more of diy experiment for me.
My technological process:

Final result:
Head: 158x152
Thickness: 5.9mm
Weight: 82gr
Chord:90mm
Balance: 25mm from top of the handle
1150hz
Impression:
I played on session with it with fh g09c and bh glayzer. It was quite lively but with a long dwell and almost mushy like feeling. In comparison with HSALC with the same rubbers, it was(obviously) slower and with more control, but i could not block properly with it. Overall i am satisfied with the result though it did not turned out exactly how i envisioned it. I am planning to try out to make a blade with fiber layers and maybe visit some wood workshop so i can use the machines.

My technological process:
- I glued all my veneers with d3 glue from Action and pressed them between 2 smooth glass cutting boards
- The template for the blade was my Harimoto SALC which i scanned with a scanner and made a template on cardboard from.
- I cut out the shape using a bow saw and left around 2mm around not to mess it up with the cutting.
- I then manually sanded it down it to the outlined template. It turned out to be quite a process and took a total of 3 hours of pure sanding.
- The shape in the end turned to be neither like harimotos nor strictly symmetrical ahah
- I attached additional wood veneer to the handle so it would be slighlty thicker and glued both handles to the sanded blade.
- At last i sealed the blade with andro Sealer and took the photos
