Do pickleball shoes have more cushioning than tt shoes?

Asics (among others) have pickleball shoes. Do you recommend them for table tennis? Is there more cushioning while still providing lateral movement?

I think the general rule for hard court sports is the higher the (minimal) playing area, the better the shoes' cushion.
