Do pro chinese players use neo version of hurricane

Hi, I am using neo h3 national for like 8 months, I know that every chinese player has their personal rubber (one degree harder and small changes).I am wondering do pro Chinese players use neo version or the non neo version,Thanks.

Yes as far as I am aware, neo is designed for the VOC free booster while non neo was designed for the speed glue.

(correct me if i am wrong anyone)

I doubt anything was designed for speed glue… It just happened and due to the strength the result was unpredictable…

I had a sheet of H3N 40d and a sheet of H3 41d and boosted them before. I found that the H3N reacted much stronger to booster and had a stronger catapult and power. I thought this was due to the difference in hardness. But maybe it has to do with the Neo treatment?

However, one thing I'm not so sure about:

I also tried using Haifu speed glue (Whale 2) on the regular H3 41d. I found that it also didn't have a strong effect. So I don't know if the regular H3 is "designed for speed glue" as you say.

I’m not too sure myself tbh, it’s just what I have heard from various videos. Maybe the regular H3 is not specifically designed for speed glue, but rather Neo was designed for the Voc free boosters

As someone that played H3 with booster and speed glue I can say that the reaction of booster and speedglue is nearly the same on the normal H3. You needed to apply 2-3 layers of speed glue for it actually to dome.

The significant difference is probably that you won't have the reverse doming effect and that the sponge holds way longer with the speed glue.
