Does anybody know this blade?

Somebody found this and asked me to sell it, but I´d like an assessment of its value and some info first, if possible.
What I know is what´s printed on it, and that it is a prototype.
But whether it ever got relased anywhere, under a different name, or never at all?
Internet resources have not been helpful, so maybe somewhere there´s an expert who can shed some light.

In which case I´d think I should be flooded with offers from collectors, but also no.

For anyone who cares, this was a proposal by a blade factory, tested and nixed by Tibhar about 8 years ago.

Obviously they weren´t looking for a surprisingly slow and controlled ZLC blade at the time, because that is what I found this blade to be testing it two days ago.

I´ll leave it up to anyone who´s interested to make me an offer, considering that while it is not an official TIBHAR blade or in that sense a rarity, it is still a very unique blade you would hardly find elsewhere, and when only hard facts count it´s a nicely manufactured ZLC blade.
