Im started from both sides Rakza Z with 2.0 sponge, that helps me to get proper understanding on how to spin the ball. But after 1,5 months I get two D09c in 2.1 and the feeling on the ball, and stability/spin became even better. So if it works for me, maybe it will work for someone else too

I told them I will replace the damaged rackets with new ones for free. They are still refusing not because they do not like me (they are all genrally very nice) but the reason in their minds is that (being in USA) table tennis is not a sport but just a silly basement "game" of "ping pong".

I was first introduced to TT at the park. There were tables that didn't get abused more than normal. We had to check out paddles and balls.

BTW thinner rubbers rackets are not faster unless it is like 0.5 to 1.0 mm. After that the speed starts to decrease till maybe 1.8 mm & then increases towards when using MAx sponge (whether inverted or pips out) . The behavior is like an inverted bell curve.

Are you saying there is no difference in speed between a rubber like T05 and an anti? The anti players will talk about the difference in speed between antis.
They both do affect the speed, but I think the blade has a bigger affect on the speed than the rubber.

Of course there are differences. But nowadays pretty much every (offensive) rubber is the same in terms of speed.

Something similar. The Chinese do not have monopoly on demanding parents. However, I was just curious and pretty much learned math outside the class room on my own. I was curious how base ball averages were calculated before I got to second grade. I ended up checking some the base ball averages on my base ball cards. learning is easier if you can see how it is applied to something you are interested in.
