Factory tuning

I heard rumors that Xiom Vega Asia is factory tuned, and the tuning will wear off in a month or so. Is this true? If so, how big is the difference?

Following the advanced production technology, rubber manufactories now using liquid organic additives (a variety of mineral oils) to the raw mass of a cautchuque material prior to a vulcanization process. Upon being cured thermally at 150 *C, the oil additives will keep effective for months.
